How SaaSForge works — honest and in order

SaaSForge helps you become visible in Google and AI search engines. But this is not an automated result — it’s a tool that shows you what to do, how to do it, and in what order. Without your participation, it’s useless. Here’s what the full process looks like.

Analyzes your description and automatically identifies your product category, target audience, and potential competitors. Finds up to 5 direct competitors through Google and AI search engines — the same way real buyers search for them.

Gap Analysis — what you have and what you’re missing

What SaaSForge does

Scans your website and your competitors’ websites. Compares them — which pages they have that you don’t. Presents this as a prioritized table.

What this means for you

For the first time, you see your SEO problem in a structured way. Not "I should do SEO" but "here’s exactly what’s missing and why people can’t find me."

Your role

Review the table and decide where to start.

Important

Gap Analysis shows the problem — it doesn’t fix it automatically. Pages need to be created and published. Without that, nothing changes.

GEO Check — how AI search engines see you

What SaaSForge does

Sends 10–30 real queries to ChatGPT and Perplexity on behalf of a buyer. Checks whether your product is mentioned and at what position. Shows who gets mentioned instead of you.

What this means for you

You see the real picture — how AI answers your potential customers’ questions right now.

Your role

Accept this information and use it to set priorities.

Important

GEO Check is an indicative metric. AI search engines don’t always give consistent answers. This is a directional signal, not an absolute truth.

Page generation

What SaaSForge does

Creates ready-to-use pages — competitor comparisons, alternatives pages, integrations, use case pages. Each page is optimized simultaneously for Google and AI search engines.

What this means for you

You get structure, Schema markup, and an FAQ block — everything needed for ranking. No need to figure out SEO yourself.

Your role

Fill in the placeholders with real data about your product and publish the page on your website.

Important

SaaSForge generates the foundation — you make it unique. A page published without edits is thin content. Google can detect this. Spend 15–20 minutes editing. This is critical.

Action Plan — what to do and in what order

What SaaSForge does

Based on Gap Analysis and GEO Check, creates a list of maximum 10 actions sorted by speed of results. Some actions are buttons that launch generation directly here. Others are links to external platforms with instructions.

Your role

Execute actions in order. Don’t skip. Don’t rush.

Important insight

Register your site in Bing Webmaster Tools — it takes 10 minutes. Perplexity and ChatGPT use Bing’s index as a data source. If your site is poorly indexed in Bing, AI search engines see you less clearly.

Important

SEO is an investment, not a quick result. Pages get indexed in 3–14 days. Traffic appears in 2–4 months. GEO visibility (mentions in ChatGPT) appears faster — 2–4 weeks after publishing. If you expect results in a week, this is not the right tool.

Monitoring — what happens after

What SaaSForge does

Every two weeks automatically re-runs GEO Check and compares with previous results. Tracks indexation of new pages. Alerts you if a competitor becomes more active.

Your role

Read reports, continue working through the checklist, update pages quarterly.

Important

SEO and GEO are not a project with a finish line. This is ongoing work. The market changes, competitors create new pages, AI updates itself. SaaSForge watches this — but you need to act.
