SaaSForge ("we", "our", or "us") operates the SaaSForge platform available at saasforge.work. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following information when you use SaaSForge:
- Account information — your email address and display name, provided during registration.
- Product information — your SaaS product name, website URL, description, target audience, competitors, and integrations that you enter during onboarding.
- Generated content — HTML pages generated by the platform based on your inputs, stored in your account.
- Usage data — pages generated, audits run, GEO Check results, and action plan items.
- Billing information — subscription plan and payment status. Payment details (card numbers) are processed exclusively by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
- Google account data (optional) — if you connect Google Search Console, we store OAuth tokens to access the Google Search Console API and Google Indexing API on your behalf.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the SaaSForge service.
- To generate SEO/GEO-optimized pages using your product data.
- To send transactional emails (account confirmation, indexation alerts, weekly progress digests).
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To interact with Google Search Console and Google Indexing API on your behalf, when you have connected your Google account.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate SaaSForge:
- Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure.
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
- OpenAI / Anthropic — AI models used to generate page content and perform GEO analysis. Your product data is sent to these providers as part of generation requests.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- PostHog — product analytics to understand how the service is used and improve it. Configured in a cookieless mode; not used for advertising.
- Vercel — frontend hosting.
- Railway — backend hosting.
- Google APIs — Search Console API and Web Search Indexing API, used only when you explicitly connect your Google account.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 90 days, after which it is deleted. You may request immediate deletion by contacting us at hello@saasforge.work.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Disconnect third-party integrations (such as Google Search Console) at any time from your account settings.
- Export your generated content at any time using the download function.

6. Cookies & Analytics
We use essential cookies and local storage to maintain your authentication session and remember your active product selection. We also use PostHog for product analytics — to understand how features are used and improve the service. PostHog is configured in a cookieless mode and does not store persistent tracking cookies on your device. We do not use advertising cookies or sell your data.
7. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure token storage, and row-level security in our database. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
SaaSForge is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of SaaSForge after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
