These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SaaSForge ("Service"), operated by SaaSForge ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

SaaSForge is a SaaS platform that helps software companies improve their AI and search engine visibility by generating optimized landing pages, analyzing competitor gaps, running GEO visibility checks, and providing growth recommendations.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• SaaSForge offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
• The Pre-Launch Audit is a one-time purchase and is non-refundable once the report has been delivered.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or violates third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service beyond what is provided through normal use.
• Use the Service to spam, phish, or conduct any fraudulent activity.
• Share your account credentials with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission.

5. Generated Content

Content generated by SaaSForge using AI is provided as a starting point and may require review and customization before publication. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing it on your website. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content.

You retain ownership of the content you publish. Generated pages downloaded from SaaSForge may be used for commercial purposes.

6. Third-Party Integrations

SaaSForge integrates with third-party services including Google Search Console and Google Indexing API. When you connect these integrations, you authorize SaaSForge to act on your behalf within the scope of permissions you grant. You may disconnect integrations at any time from your account settings. Your use of third-party services is also governed by their respective terms of service.

7. Intellectual Property

The SaaSForge platform, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by SaaSForge and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaaSForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will achieve specific SEO or GEO results. Search engine and AI model behavior is outside our control.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be retained for 90 days before deletion.

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us at hello@saasforge.work.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and applicable international regulations. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in the country of the operator's residence.
